These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Action Item Tracker for Slack (“the App”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must have authority to install the App in your Slack workspace.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Slack’s terms/policies.
• You are responsible for actions taken in your workspace using the App.

2. Plans, billing, and refunds

• The App may offer a FREE plan and paid plans (e.g., a one-time payment for a fixed duration).
• Paid features are activated after successful payment processing via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you have an issue, contact support.

3. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or part) at any time. We also may change features, limits, and pricing, with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use data. You grant us permission to process data necessary to provide the App.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Disrupting the service, spamming, or abusing Slack API integrations.
• Using the App in ways that violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the App, including software, branding, and content we provide. Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Slack. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse or policy violation.
